Mobile Home Park
Hess Lake Mobile Home Park offers affordable lake living with a family-like community. This park is only available to those ages 55 and older. With 65 homes in the park you have your choice from lake view homes to private wooded homes. Conveniently located across the street is private access to a picnic area on Hess Lake that includes a swim area. Boat slips in our private marina are available to rent as well as winter storage in the back of the park and garage units.
